Identify installed software

Note: the list of installed software varies from PC to PC, depending on the programmes installed during the life of your device.

WINDOWS

  1. Access the control panel by pressing the 'start' button and typing 'control panel' or 'control panel', then open the first result;
  2. Press "Programs and Features" or "Programs";
  3. Display the list of installed software.

MAC OSX

  1. Select the Apple menu, select the "About this Mac" item;
  2. Click the "System Report" button;
  3. In the left-hand section of the list, select "Installations" to display a list of the various programs installed, the date of their installation and their source on the right.
